Step
If you like aerobics, you’ll love Step. Great for boosting cardio fitness, Step classes are choreographed routines of stepping up and down on an elevated platform, posing an added challenge to traditional aerobics. Once you’ve found your feet, step up to our advanced class for a high-intensity workout that mixes cutting-edge choreography with great music.

Zumba
Zumba is a compelling blend of Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, creating a dynamic programme that will greatly enhance your fitness, coordination and shape. For an extra challenge, Zumba Tone introduces hand weights for additional muscle toning benefits. Open to everyone, just feel the rhythm.
